The Cytracom team had such a blast at this year’s Dattocon! 3 days of fun and invaluable business building at the largest MSP event in the world. Experience what we did in beautiful San Diego by watching our video recap, or read below to see how our week went!
We kicked off the event with a packed opening reception. Our evening was spent welcoming and meeting plenty of new partners!
Our booth featured one of San Diego’s local craft beers from Thorn Brewing Company. San Diego is well known for its massive craft beer scene, and we were so excited to sponsor a local favorite in our booth!
Every new partner we signed that evening received one of our custom souvenir craft beer glasses!
Our booth also featured a game! The Bounce Back game was a huge hit as several partners got the chance to win different giveaways based on points scored.
The reception was a blast! With great conversations throughout, the night ended with around 30 new partners signed during the opening reception alone.
In addition, Cytracom had the opportunity to be featured on Datto’s official event t-shirts! We loved seeing so many MSPs rep the Cytracom logo!
The first official day of the conference featured Cytracom CEO Zane Conkle’s breakout session: Protecting your Customers’ Voice Network with Cytracom and Datto. Zane dove into our behind-the-scenes work with Datto to deeply integrate our voice solution with their networking appliance. With this integration in place, a customer’s phone service could fail over to LTE in the event of a total outage, providing total continuity of voice services. To learn more about this unique integration check out our on-demand webinar with Datto.
Later in the day, Datto’s Sr. Network Solutions Architect, Andy Katz, demoed the Datto and Cytracom integration during his technical session Build Complete Networks.
The next day, we closed out our DattoCon experience by signing a record number of new partners. Then, we headed out to an amazing Datto Elements party at the USS Midway!
We loved DattoCon 2019 and San Diego so much, and we can’t wait for Dattocon 2020 in Atlanta next year!
