A Day in the Life
A day in the life as a recruiter here at Cytracom is VERY busy and never boring, that's for sure! We are the first impression of our brand and culture to potential employees, which makes this position a blast to be in!
We have daily team calls at 8:30 every morning where we go through our Top 3 list for the week. From there, it could be a series of meetings, video shoots, podcast recordings, email campaigns, or Zoom calls. Our goal in the marketing department is always to ensure that our internal and external brand is where we want it to be.
My first task in the day at 8am is to grab a Red Bull! The rest of my day will consist of discovery meetings to help my partners evaluate their business and continue cultivating strategies to win more business, Sales Demos to help my partners close deals, and many follow ups.
A typical day is never a typical day! As part of a small finance team, we each juggle many tasks, pivoting to handle ever changing priorities. The best part of the job is the people and the variety of work.
My day starts off with a cup of hot tea or coffee and then straight into creating new accounts. These new accounts have just completed their documentation with our Sales team and are ready to join Cytracom!
I'm excited to come to work at Cytracom every day because I have such a great opportunity to build training and work with amazing people.
