We celebrated the grand opening of our new corporate headquarters in Allen, Texas on Tuesday, June 20, 2017. Our move to the new 10,000 square-foot facility comes as we continue to build momentum in the VoIP business category. We look forward to celebrating our 10-year anniversary next year and enjoying room to grow in the new facility!

The new office features cutting-edge designs and provides a great environment to inspire employees to reach new levels of productivity. It also serves as a showcase for our partners and customers to come meet and learn more about our VoIP made simple mantra.

When anyone comes to visit, we like to get them started with a big Texas-sized “Hello.” We want everyone to feel at home and know they are in good hands with Cytracom!
Oh, and don’t forget the great kitchen! After we say “hello,” let’s go grab a drink or snack from the fully-stocked kitchen. Nobody goes hungry or thirsty at Cytracom. Making VoIP simple burns a lot of calories.
After we grab a drink, we can head over to the conference room to meet. Whether by conference call, video call, or diagramming your network using the floor-to-ceiling whiteboard, we can map out solutions for your communication challenges!
VoIP made simple -- we dream about that at night! That is our mission to continue to simplify all aspects of our solution. We even added reminders on the wall to make sure simplicity and functionality are top of mind with our engineering team when they work!
With fully-adjustable standing desks and an open environment, all employees have an awesome area to do great work!
Finally, our Texas-based support team stays focused on making sure we are all-systems-go for our partners and customers. We are there when you need us!
