"A day in the life as a recruiter here at Cytracom is VERY busy and never boring, that’s for sure! We are the first impression of our brand and culture to potential employees, which makes this position a blast to be in! I start my personal day usually with an energy drink and then dive right into resumes or searching on LinkedIn. Everyday I talk to fascinating people with a wide variety of backgrounds. From sales/marketing experts to tech gurus, my day is always busy making connections with top talent and matching their experience with best fits in our organization! It’s my job to make every candidate feel like family as we guide them through all facets of our recruiting journey!"

"A day in the life in the marketing department: We have daily team calls at 8:30 every morning where we go through our Top 3 list for the week. From there, it could be a series of meetings, video shoots, podcast recordings, email campaigns, or Zoom calls. Our goal in the marketing department is always to ensure that our internal and external brand is where we want it to be. We’re constantly thinking through how to improve our partner experience and how we can continue to bring value. I almost forgot to mention what happens when the clock hits 1:00 pm, 2:00pm and so on… a minute-long mix of pushups, wall-sits, or jumping jacks. You can usually find our video guy, Dan, doing handstands during this time."

"My first task in the day at 8am is to grab a Red Bull! (Not sponsored.) It doesn't usually kick in until about 9am, but in between then I will usually respond back to emails from the night previous since my Northeast Territories never sleep. The rest of my day will consist of discovery meetings to help my partners evaluate their business and continue cultivating strategies to win more business, Sales Demos to help my partners close deals, and many follow ups to ensure I am providing efficient sales resources/support to be successful with their open deals. I'll also usually sneak in a Nerf fight or 2 in between all of this before the end of the day. The Sales Team knows how to have fun!"

"A typical day is never a typical day! As part of a small finance team, we each juggle many tasks, pivoting to handle ever changing priorities. My position with Cytracom is very hands on – I navigate the entire monthly accounting cycle; entering and paying invoices, posting receipts, banking and payroll, all the way through to producing financial statements on a monthly basis for management and investors. I also support the budgeting process, Partner Commissions and Telecom Tax process. The best part of the job is the people and the variety of work. There is always something to do and there is never a dull moment."

"My day starts off with a cup of hot tea or coffee and then straight into creating new accounts. These new accounts have just completed their documentation with our Sales team are ready to join Cytracom! After several detailed steps on our part, they are officially a new customer and ready for their hardware to ship. After that, I process all the additional orders from existing customers and queue their hardware for shipping as well. Last but not least is processing the warranty hardware requests for shipping. Then my team and I pull the hardware, label it, and box it so it's ready for our daily FedEx pickup. Now that all the hardware is ready to go, I work on processing any additional new service request and assist my team with anything they might need help on."
